With the advent of wireless telephones, many motorists now take advantage of their commuting time to finish business deals and catch up with friends. However, new legislation is going into effect on July 1, making it illegal to use a cellular phone while driving unless the driver is using a hands-free device. We at InFocus decided to ask young drivers if the new law will change their habits of talking on the phone. |
