PALO ALTO, Calif. – On May 24, the cold and dull night at Stanford University was contrasted by a moderate-sized enthusiastic group that was treated to a warm and heartfelt event titled "Mic Check: Checkin’ the Current State of Hip Hop." The crowd was a mixed group, but mainly made up of young college students eager to tune in on a night of music and the arts. |
