Sept. 30 was the last day of Ramadan. For Nora Risha, an 18-year-old freshman at Arizona State University, it was the last full day on this Earth. At approximately 10 p.m. on the evening of Oct. 1, 2008, a drunk driver ran a light, slamming his Nissan into Nora’s van and throwing her from the car.
