Noor Amiri of Temecula, originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, are the owners of Pamir Kabob House. The name shouldn’t fool any passer-by into thinking skewered meat is the only thing offered ---- in addition to the wide selection of flame-grilled shish kabob, the eatery features stews, soups, vegetarian entrees, curries, seafood and dumplings. Pamir also offers a full catering menu.
